Liquid tin Compound Stabilizer
PTS916 Liquid Tin Compound Stabilizer is an excellent alternative to traditional tin stabilizers, as its properties closely resemble those of tin stabilizer. This stabilizer exhibits a good initial color, long-term thermal stability, high transparency, and ensures color stability in the final product. It can effectively replace tin stabilizer in transparent soft PVC applications, providing a complete solution. While PTS916 may have slightly lower thermal stability compared to PTS912, it offers a similar level of transparency.
Applications:
· Transparent Soft PVC Products: Liquid Compound tin Stabilizer ensures thermal stability, transparency, and color retention in films, sheets, and flexible packaging materials.
· PVC Pipes and Fittings: Enhances thermal stability and processing of PVC pipes, ensuring durability and performance.
· Wire and Cable Coatings: Improves thermal stability and electrical properties of PVC coatings for reliable insulation.
· Synthetic Leather: Enhances flexibility and durability of synthetic leather products.
· Automotive Interior Components: Provides thermal stability and resistance to discoloration for PVC components in automotive interiors.
· Medical and Healthcare Products: Maintains transparency and integrity of PVC materials used in medical devices and supplies.
· Construction Materials: Enhances thermal stability and weather resistance of PVC-based construction materials.
· Consumer Goods and Packaging: Ensures thermal stability, transparency, and color retention in PVC-based consumer goods and packaging.
· Other Applications: Suitable for toys, flooring, electrical connectors, and more, where thermal stability and transparency are crucial.
Liquid Compound tin Stabilizer is versatile, used in various industries to enhance thermal stability, transparency, and properties of PVC products.
